Returns and Deliveries
UK Delivery:
All deliveries are tracked as standard. Standard delivery is free of charge for our customers spending > £50. Please allow 2-3 working days for standard delivery. If you are based in London we can arrange a complimentary same-day drop-off for orders over £1000.

We can arrange for next working day Express Delivery for £15 per address across the UK. Express Delivery is complimentary for orders over £1500 to one address.
​
Express Delivery orders must be placed by 1.30 pm Monday-Thursday, this will ensure they will arrive the next working day, excluding Saturdays and Bank Holidays. ​​

UK Returns​
Email: Team@bloomtine.com with your order number and reason for return. Upon receipt of email, printed labels will be provided for collection or return to a depot near you.
Refunds will be issued up to 14 days from purchase to the original form of tender and processed within 3-5 days of return providing it is returned in the same saleable condition* as when purchased, within 14 days of the date of purchase and if accompanied by the original sales receipt.

Saleable Condition*​ For a return to be accepted, the item must be unworn, the security tags must remain intact and the packaging must be in reusable condition. This information is clearly stated on the tag for the customer’s information. Should the security tag have been removed, the refund will not be processed.

Kindly note we do not offer refunds on any earrings, fragrance sale or engraved and customised pieces. ​

International Deliveries
We deliver across the globe, delivery times can take up to 5-10 days. These orders can only be placed via website, if you have additional questions please email (info@bloomtine.com). The final web sale price is the final price you pay to BLOOMTINE. Customs and duties are to be paid by the recipient as billed by the local authorities. To find out more about our policies please get in touch.

Warranty & Repairs
Every hand-crafted piece comes with 12-Month Warranty. Simply follow the instructions for the option below that best describes how you purchased or received your piece.

Purchased at a pop-up or boutique within 12 months.
Simply email us proof of purchase and a picture of the item or fill out our form (Please note, select items are eligible for extended warranty if purchased at a corporate pop-up).
​
After 12 Months (or if no proof of purchase can be provided), we will repair for a small subsidised fee.
​
I received my jewellery as a gift
If you have proof of purchase that includes an order number we may be able to help locate your receipt or provide further assistance on how to proceed.
We accept many types of proof of purchase but if you can't find yours don't worry, you can still take advantage of our Repair Service, for a repair fee.

*The Warranty is not applicable for any items purchased during one of our Sample Sale events.
